50/50 Issue 1: NYC - SoapTwo x JuanmaJMSE
50/50 is a simple project that started during COVID times. While we were in lockdown, the biggest struggle was to remain connected. Interact. Collaborate. Tools like ZOOM, FaceTime, etc., enabled us to continue to work on special projects and united many through a harsh separation.
Soaptwo and JuanmaJMSE collaborated on a few projects and the idea of taking this further kicked off the 5’/50 project in which the idea is that two artists will collaborate on a specific matter. Issue number 1 is all about NYC captured by each photographer in a unique way. High contrasts between the two, but complementary to each others’ work.
